The Charity Pro-AM: fun and humanity
Saturday 27th September 2014 Los Angeles
Created in 2010 at the Gucci Paris Masters, the Charity Pro-AM Style & Competition has been a success ever since. This special class is a unique team competition composed of one professional rider and one amateur riding for a charity organization.

The 22 riders representing eleven charity organizations, run by relay with each team choosing its own music and costume. A celebrity jury composed of actor Sebastian Roché, TV fashion expert Jeannie Mai, and fashion designer, Arianna Rockefeller, decided on the couple’s style and elegance as well as the horse’s style. This brought a lot of fun to the crowd as the “riding stars” did their utmost to play the game. The audience really enjoyed the style element with riders showing a good sense of humour, such as Rodrigo Pessoa who appeared as a very gorgeous “Katie Perry” lookalike (for charity Jump). The most charming were undoubtedly Jessica Springsteen and Hillary McNerney as hippies from the musical Hair (for charity Amade Mondiale). But the jury clearly preferred the JustWorld International’s Batman team  with Laura Kraut and Hannah Selleck with Kevin Staut’s backup as the Joker.

Stefanie Graff and André Agassi (whose foundation was represented by Jane Richard Philips and Tiffany Sullivan) presented the ‘prize’ to Laura Kraut and Hannah Selleck.
