Yves Mattagne returns to the #HK Masters for the delight of the Masters Club VIP guests

Celebrated European two Michelin Star chef Yves Mattagne returns to the the 2015 Longines Hong Kong Masters for the third consecutive year. Back by popular demand the effervescent Mattagne will prepare sumptuous lunches and dinners for the VIP Masters Club across the three days of the CSI 5 * show jumping event at AsiaWorldExpo. 
 
“I really enjoy cooking for Hong Kong people, it is such a spectacular event with a great atmosphere and I get a great sense of satisfaction being part of the Longines Hong Kong Masters every year,” Mattagne said.
 
Spectacularly situated alongside the competition ring, the VIP Masters Club provides first class seating with a birds-eye view of the best horses and riders in the world as they compete for a share in $US1 Million prizemoney. 
 
Diners will be treated to three courses specially prepared by Mattagne. Champagne aperitifs will be served on arrival and plenty of fine wine will be flowing throughout lunch and dinner.
 
Guests have the option of sitting at tables of either 6 or 8 and will receive an official souvenir programme. 
 
All VIP Masters Club tables on opening night of the 2015 Longines Hong Kong Masters on Friday, February 13 have already sold out.
